Harmit Gill-CEO

Harmit Gill is a Business Marketing major with several years of experience in the customer service industry. She originally hails from Vancouver, BC, Canada, but has resided in the United States for 25 years and is a US citizen, having lived in Texas, Arizona, and currently residing in Raleigh, North Carolina. Ms. Gill brings with her an extensive background in management and retail, having worked for companies worth several billion dollars, with a background in Interior Decorating as well. Having been largely in a customer-oriented industry, she has witnessed the quality and reliability of customer service having vastly come down over the decades. With many jobs being outsourced overseas to third parties, and as industry recalls became more common, it was her keen interest to bring back reliable and superior service to clients in the high-tech industry, which has seen the largest spike in job losses within the United States. Zener Engineering is Ms. Gill's vision to bring back the badge of excellence that was once mainstream in large American corporations within an industry that sees very few women as CEOs.
