What is so unique about our HTOL boards?

• We offer continuous monitoring of current and voltage, along with the device temperature. The data is saved in the stdf format and can be analyzed by us using JMP software.

• The advantage is, if the voltage or current dips, we can pinpoint exactly the read point in the HTOL cycle where it happened.

• If the device is damaged during the HTOL process due to device issues, we can immediately pull out the device and send it for failure analysis. If the device is kept in for a longer time, other transistor nodes may get damaged, and the real cause of the failure may be lost. Being able to pull the device early, if issues arise during the HTOL process. This saves the cycle time and cost to debug during failure analysis.
